We all know that seafood is nutritious and delicious, but how much do you really know about shrimp?
Contrary to past beliefs, eating shrimp does not significantly increase your LDL cholesterol levels but has been shown to increase your HDL (good) cholesterol levels. Shrimp have some great other nutritional benefits too!
