I can’t believe that this year has gone by so quickly – Navidad is almost here! We’re celebrating Rockin’ Baja-style, all month long! The holiday season begins in Baja on December 16, with the beginning of the nine-day Las Posadas celebration, and we keep it rockin’ through Epiphany on January 6. Instead of the evergreen Christmas tree, Baja-style Christmas trees are made from the dried stem and flower of a century plant – a cool tradition using local resources!
