April Happenings

Hey Rockin’ fans, can you believe it’s already April? Time flies here at Rockin’ Baja… great food, ice-cold drinks and fantastic company make for awesome times!

Even better, what does April bring to our amazing city? Baseball, of course! In just a week, Petco Park will be hosting the first San Diego Padres home game of the year. What better pre-game tradition than to stop in for a round of our really %&#@&#% good Tacos Chingones – carne asada with cheese, beans, avocado and pickled onions in a warm flour tortilla – and a frosty mug of your favorite draft beer before heading to the game. Or cheer on the Padres from the comfort of any of our great locations. It’s almost as good as going to the game, but the proximity to great food can’t be beat!

Spring in San Diego also serves as a great time for date night! Start with an order of our calamari, a sizzling bucket of deliciously crisp calamari steak strips that’s served with our famous chipotle dipping sauce. Then follow through with a meal guaranteed to knock your date’s sandals off – the Golden Sombrero! It has everything: choice Angus flat iron steak, grande Baja-style shrimp, succulent lobster, a marinated chicken breast, luscious king crab legs, and char-grilled corn on the cob. It’s the best of Baja built for two! Wash it all down with a lip-smacking White Sand Mojito or El Patron Grande. Date complete!

And don’t forget about Happy Hour…Monday through Friday from 3 to 6pm and our late night Happy Hour every night from 9 to close. Drinks start at $3 and appetizers start at $2 – that makes each Rockin’ location a perfect spot to meet friends and chill.

Until next time!

Baja Rick
